💸 REFUND & EXCHANGE POLICY
All sales are final.
Refunds will only be issued in the event of a canceled performance.
Tickets may be exchanged free of charge for a different date of the same production.
(Tickets cannot be transferred to a different show.)
🚪 ARRIVAL & SEATING
Adult Shows: Seating and lobby open 30 minutes before showtime
Kids & Teen Shows: Seating begins 15 minutes before showtime - please form a line to the right of the theater entrance.
A staff member will check off names from the ticket list as you enter.
📲 No need to print your tickets — just provide the name used at purchase!
🍿 CONCESSIONS
Drinks and snacks will be available before the show and during intermission.
All proceeds benefit our student travel & competition teams.
🚫 POLICIES
No outside food or drinks allowed in the building
No food is permitted inside the theater space
If you're feeling unwell or running a fever, please stay home and contact us —
we’re happy to exchange your tickets for another performance date.
