During the first class kids will be given a song from the show to learn in a small group and a short dance to learn in a small group. (Evaluations), we’ll get to see your unique strengths and talents.

TRIPLE THREAT PERFORMANCE COMPANY
AUDITION ONLY FOR
AGES 10 -18
This elite, audition only group is designed for dedicated young performers who are ready to train and perform at a higher level.
Members receive focused, professional-style training to develop as true triple threats- excelling in singing, dancing, acting and storytelling.
The Company will take their talent beyond the studio, performing a dynamic showcase of showtunes and musical theater favorites in the community every other month.
These performances give students performanced experience while building professionalism, teamwork and stage presence.
This program is ideal for passionate performers who are ready to work hard, grow quickly and shine in the spotlight as part of a high-level musical theater ensemble.
This group is limited in size to Only 16 performers
REHEARSALS WILL START IN JUNE
SATURDAYS 11:00-1:00pm
*Performers in this group get first choice to Audition for our 15 member MTCA Team that travels to the MUSICAL THEATER COMPETITION OF AMERICA in Anaheim California in February 2027*
AUDITIONS WILL BE HELD APRIL 19 FROM 1:00-3:00pm
AUDITION REQUIREMENTS
prepare TWO songs of their choice that shows off their vocal abilities, no longer than 2 minutes each
2. learn a choreographed dance number in rehearsal
3. will read from a script
WHAT THE DIRECTORS ARE LOOKING FOR
potential, trainability, and professional attitude rather than perfection.
Key factors include solid preparation, ability to take direction, confidence, and positive energy.
Trainability and Coachability: The ability to take feedback or direction and immediately incorporate it into a second take is highly valued.
Preparedness and Professionalism: Knowing material well
Attitude and Energy: A positive, enthusiastic attitude from the moment they enter the building is crucial.
Performance Skills: Clear vocal projection, emotional connection to the text, and confident movement.
Personality: Directors want to see who the student is as an individual and how they might fit into the ensemble.
Reliability: Demonstrating responsibility through memorization and punctuality.
